Eine Federzeichnung von etwa 1670 (abgebildet in: Clemen, Paul (Hrsg. im Auftrag des Provinzialverbandes): Die Kunstdenkmäler der Stadt Köln. 2. Bd., IV. Abteilung: Die profanen Denkmäler. Düsseldorf 1930, S. 337) weist große Ähnlichkeiten mit Stolbergs Bild auf, es gibt allerdings im Detail Abweichungen, so daß man vermuten darf, daß zwischem dem Original und Stolbergs Bild eine oder mehrere Kopierstufen liegen.
