Sehr wahrscheinlich handelt es sich bei bder Zeichnung um eine Kopie nach unbekannter Vorlage. Das ursprünglich turmartige Haus aus dem 13. Jh. wurde 1896 zu einer Kapelle für die benachbarte Ursulinnenschule umgebaut. Dabei wurde es im neuromanischen Stil überformt und nach Osten um eine Fensterachse erweitert. 1956 kam es zu einem weiteren Umbau.
