Die ruinöse Burg Stolzenfels wurde 1836 bis 1842 wiedererrichtet. Bei der Kirche rechts im Vordergrund handelt es sich um die 1833 vollendete Pfarrkirche St. Menas. Die wohl einen Garten einschließende Mauer mit Eckpavillon im Vordergrund dürfte sich etwa im Bereich des heutigen Gebäudes "Hotel Stolzenfels" befunden haben. Günster, Nina/G. U.
